Lawrence Wu

Lawrence Wu is a Principal at Recharge Capital, focusing on investment sourcing, due diligence, portfolio management and operations development, working across the firm’s venture capital and private equity teams.

Prior to joining Recharge, Lawrence spent six years at Ernst & Young, most recently as a Manager in M&A Consulting advising both buy-side and sell-side transactions in the financial services industry. He is a Licensed CPA and CFA Charterholder, and an active member of the CFA Los Angeles Society, on its Fintech Advisory Council and ESG Advisory Council. Lawrence graduated from the University of Washington with a B.S. in Accounting and Finance.
